Luke Ryder

Luke Ryder is a Senior Consultant focusing on Resilient Agriculture and Climate Change at 3Keel, a role they began in 2023. Previously, they served as Head of Agriculture at the Satellite Applications Catapult from 2022 to 2023, and as an Agent, Partner & Group Secretary at NFU Mutual from 2020 to 2022. Luke also worked at the National Farmers' Union as a County Adviser for Worcestershire and Warwickshire from 2013 to 2019, and earlier as a Dairy Adviser. They co-founded House of Hector Cotswolds in 2023 and hold a First Class Honours degree in Livestock & Livestock Technology from Myerscough College.
