3LA is a specialist project services firm operating across Australia’s mining, infrastructure, and civil construction sectors.

We work differently to traditional labour hire. Rather than placing CVs and walking away, we embed experienced project professionals directly into client teams, providing the governance alignment, technical capability, and site accountability that complex programs demand.

Our three service lines define how we operate:
Advisory — Project establishment, commercial interface support, risk and recovery planning, and governance framework alignment for programs where getting it right from the outset is non-negotiable.

Talent — Embedding qualified project professionals across engineering, construction management, project controls, HSE, and QA/QC disciplines. Every placement is assessed for site readiness and role fit, not just résumé match.

Delivery — Structured execution support for shutdowns, brownfield interfaces, commissioning programs, and acceleration or recovery scenarios where schedule certainty is critical.

We engage selectively. Our clients operate in high-stakes environments where underperformance has real consequences, and our model is built around that reality. From the Kathleen Valley Lithium Project and Greenbushes TSF to the Alkimos Desalination Plant and Bayswater Turnaround Line Extension, 3LA professionals are embedded where it matters most.

We operate selectively. We integrate seamlessly. We deliver reliably.
