Adam Brodd

Adam Brodd possesses extensive experience in engineering and research and development, having held multiple leadership roles at 3M from February 2020 to January 2025, including Global Application Engineering Director, Global R&D Director, and Global R&D Platform Leader. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Imation spanned from July 2002 to February 2010, with progressive positions ranging from Product Development Engineer to Principal Product Development Engineer. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a specialized course in the Future of Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2022.
