Alana Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global portfolio management, strategy, and business development within 3M's Consumer Business Group. Currently serving as the Global Portfolio Director for the Consumer Business Group's Home Environment Markets, Alana leads the Filtrete™ Brand and indoor air quality solutions, focusing on portfolio strategy, brand development, and gross margin enhancement. Previous roles include interim leadership of the Home Care portfolio, strategic oversight for product development across multiple divisions, and various marketing management positions, including a foundation internship at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. Alana holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Alana served as a Board Member for Community Dental Care, actively participating in development and fundraising efforts.
