Alex McCabe

Alex McCabe is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at 3M, where they focus on supporting early career talent through dynamic internship and rotational programs. Previously, Alex worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Linamar Corporation, coordinating a global co-op program and enhancing talent pipelines. Alex also established the Human Resources function at Pike Lake Golf Centre Limited, developing recruitment strategies and onboarding processes for a sizable seasonal workforce. A graduate of Western University, Alex began their journey at 3M as a Human Resources Intern, where they streamlined various recruitment processes and contributed to campus recruitment efforts.
