Amir Nehal is the EMEA E-commerce Lead at 3M, where they manage a team focused on consumer business group product experience and marketplaces. With over two decades of international experience in business development, brand building, and marketing leadership, Amir has held key positions at Bayer Crop Science, Colgate-Palmolive, and Greenstar Social Marketing, overseeing significant portfolio management and strategic initiatives. They earned a BBA-MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration between 1996 and 1999. Recognized for their contributions, Amir received the "EMEA CBG Teamwork Hero Award" in 2023.
