Andy Stansel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, marketing, and strategic business management. Current roles at 3M include Global Portfolio Director for both Prep Paint & Repair and Mounting & Fastening, along with previous positions as Global Business Unit Manager and Marketing Manager. Prior experience includes being a Marketing Strategic Research Intern at Toyota Motor Sales & Marketing Corp, where marketing strategies for Prius models were developed, and a Senior Product Development Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation, leading innovative projects and teams to launch new washing machine models. Stansel holds an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
