Ann Lapuz, MIR, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, spanning various roles at notable companies. Ann began career as an HR Assistant at RML Clothing Apparel Inc., where essential responsibilities included creating the Employee Handbook, managing recruitment processes, and handling legal aspects such as compliance with statutory requirements and labor cases. Subsequent positions included Employee Relations Officer at Allphones and Labor Relations Officer at AMA Computer College, focusing on administrative hearings, employee investigations, and employee relations training.
