Anna Justinak

Anna Justinak currently serves as a Global Product Marketing Specialist in the IATD division at 3M since November 2025. Prior to this role, Anna gained extensive experience in sales and marketing at Medtronic, spanning three roles from September 2022 to October 2025, and at ADP from September 2021 to August 2022. Anna also worked as a Study Product Manager at Medpace from March 2020 to July 2021. An accomplished athlete, Anna was a key member of Miami University's swimming team, contributing to four consecutive MAC Championships and supporting recruitment efforts for the swim program. Additionally, Anna interned in Athletics Marketing at Miami University, focusing on fan engagement and revenue generation for sporting events. Anna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Marketing from Miami University in 2020, following education at Minnetonka Public Schools from 2012 to 2016.
