Arno Marincowitz is currently the Vice President of Corporate FP&A at 3M, where they lead the global FP&A organization, partnering with senior leadership to shape long-range plans and enable data-driven decision-making. Previously, Arno served as Division CFO for 3M's Personal Safety Division and held several finance-related roles, including Finance Manager for 3M Russia & CIS and Lean Six Sigma Leader in EMEA. Arno obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of the Free State and later earned ACMA and CGMA designations from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
