Aruna Nookala

Aruna Nookala is a seasoned leader in Quality Assurance, currently serving as the Sr. Global Quality Director for the Safety and Industrial Business Group at 3M. With a robust background in managing Quality functions across multi-billion dollar companies, Aruna has successfully led teams in strategy definition and execution. Previous roles include senior management positions at Medtronic and 3M, where Aruna specialized in quality integration and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Aruna holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a management certification from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
