Bailey Ruona

Bailey Ruona is a Global Quality, Regulatory, and Risk Management Manager at 3M, bringing over 12 years of experience in quality engineering and management. They have successfully led Quality Assurance programs at companies such as Mark Elliot Homes and Hartfiel Automation, achieving significant improvements in productivity and compliance with ISO standards. Bailey served as an Alderman-At-Large for the City of Prescott, Wisconsin, and currently holds positions on the Board of Directors for the Hennepin Technical College Foundation. They obtained an Associate of Science in Marine and Motorsports Technician from Hennepin Technical College and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Metropolitan State University.
