Ben Schmidt

Ben Schmidt is currently the EMEA Talent Acquisition Director at 3M, where they focus on creating high-performing talent acquisition teams across engineering, technology, and energy sectors. They previously held the position of EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager at SAP from 2013 to 2018 and served as a Senior Recruiter at Chevron between 2010 and 2013. Ben began their career as a Manager at Neumann Consulting International from 2005 to 2010. They earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and International Marketing and Management from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2005.
