Ben Wright

Ben Wright has held various leadership roles at 3M, including Vice President of 3M Ventures, International Strategy and Business Development Director, Business Operations Director, and more. Prior to their time at 3M, Ben was Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Appareo Systems and a Business Manager at 3M Aerospace and Aircraft Maintenance Division. Ben also has experience as a Strategy Consultant at 3M, a Financial Analyst at Medtronic, and served as a Captain in the US Army. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
