Benjamin Pütz is currently the eAssembly B&J Product Development Leader at 3M, having taken on this role in 2024. Previously, Benjamin worked at tesa SE as a Laboratory Manager for Acrylic and Specialty Adhesives from 2014 to 2020 and also served as a Research Chemist. Benjamin holds a PhD in Macromolecular Chemistry, awarded with distinction in 2012, and a Diplom in Economic Chemistry, completed with high honors in 2010, both from Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf.
