Blessen Philip

Blessen Philip is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at 3M since June 2004, currently serving as Senior Design Manager. In this capacity, Blessen Philip leads the development of design capabilities to create new business opportunities, engaging with key accounts to inspire innovative material applications. Previously, as Design Manager, Blessen Philip consolidated the design function within 3M India and established the 4th Global Design Center in Bangalore. Earlier roles include Manager - Design in Mechanical Systems & Software, Senior Designer, and Automotive Graphic Designer. Academic credentials include a Post Graduate Program in Enterprise Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Brand Management studies at Melbourne Business School, a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
