Brant Dalton, MBA, has an extensive background in engineering and project management, beginning as a Project Engineer at ProAxis, Inc. from May 2004 to July 2007, where responsibilities included designing and directing the fabrication of engineering products. Brant then served as Lead Engineer for Materials and Process and concurrently as Lead Engineer for Supplier Support Engineering at Butler America, LLC from July 2007 to January 2012, focusing on materials review and supplier issue resolution for Sikorsky helicopter designs. Since January 2018, Brant has held the position of Project Manager and Project Engineer at GEA Systems North America, managing engineering projects across various industries and overseeing P&ID layouts and commissioning. Brant is currently a Principal Division Engineer at 3M and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of North Dakota, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Villanova University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
