Brian Kay is the Director of Training & Management Systems, EHS & Product Stewardship at 3M since 2025. Previously, they served as the Global Director of Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems & Learning at ADM from 2021 to 2024 and held multiple roles at Dow from 2011 to 2012, including Manufacturing & Engineering Learning Manager and various Business Learning Leader positions. Brian also contributed to education as an NSF GK-12 Fellow at the University of Colorado at Boulder, developing K-12 curriculum and teaching engineering courses. They hold a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in International Management from the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Houston-Victoria, respectively.
