Brian Knapp

Brian Knapp possesses extensive experience in operations management, with a notable tenure at Capital Safety, a KKR Portfolio Company, from September 2013 to November 2022, where the individual held the position of Director of Operations for North America. Prior roles include Material Planner at Andersen Windows and multiple leadership positions at Capital Safety, including Operations Manager and Plant Manager. Following the acquisition by 3M in 2015, Brian continued with 3M, assuming various senior roles such as Plant Director, Business Supply Chain Director for Scott Safety, and Global Value Stream Director in Fall Protection, until November 2022. Brian Knapp holds a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
