Brian Ludka has over 25 years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, and design across multiple industries. At Kimberly-Clark from 1994 to 2009, Brian worked in various roles within the Adult Care sector, Corporate Innovation, and Design Studio, contributing to over 300 new product concepts. Later at The Scan Group, Inc. from 2019 to 2021, Brian served as Senior Director of eCommerce & Design, managing digital content strategies for major clients. As Director of Digital Media at Leibold, Inc. from 2010 to 2015, Brian led integrated marketing initiatives for top brands. Most recently, at 3M, Brian has been instrumental in developing eCommerce content and optimizing digital asset production, currently serving as Global Content Production Lead since September 2023.
