Cait Meree

Cait Meree is a Senior Lab Manager focused on Energy and Additives at 3M, where they lead the Global Cleaning and Workplace Safety Lab and oversee front-end innovation processes. With a strong background in sustainable materials gained from their Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Cait has contributed to numerous patents and innovation strategies throughout their career. They are passionate about mentoring and developing talent, believing that high-performing teams are built through support and collaboration. Previously, Cait has held various research and leadership roles, including at NASA Langley Research Center and as a commercialization leader at 3M.
