Caroline Fourroux

Caroline Fourroux is a Quality Engineer at 3M, where they also serve as an Advanced Process Engineer. They have previously worked as a Process Engineer at 3M and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions. Caroline completed an Undergraduate Research Assistant role at the University of Alabama Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering and held a Manufacturing Engineering Intern position at Ascend Performance Materials. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, graduating Summa Cum Laude from The University of Alabama.
