Carrie Chen

Carrie Chen is an experienced HR leader with 15 years in human resources management across the APAC region. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Leader at 3M, Carrie has held various roles, including Associate HR Director for the Jardine Schindler Group and HR Supervisor at AbbVie. Carrie began their career as a Personal/Project Assistant at National Taiwan University and has since worked with notable companies such as NVIDIA, Allergan, and ScinoPharm Taiwan Ltd. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and General Management from the University of St. Andrews and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communication from National Chang-Chi University.
