Carson Mao has 25 years of experience in sales and marketing within global FMCG and pet care companies across Greater China. They served as National Sales Director at The Clorox Company, successfully leading the Go-To-Market strategy and transforming the business to achieve seven consecutive years of profitable growth. Previously, they held significant roles at Kimberly-Clark, where they launched strategic projects and developed category management capabilities in China. Carson is currently an independent consultant, providing strategic services to local CPG companies, and holds the position of Director for the Consumer Business Group at 3M, managing operations in mainland China and Hong Kong. Carson earned a master's degree from Zhejiang University.
