Catherine Sol

Catherine Sol is an experienced professional with a background in international business development and sales management. Starting at Inventec Performance Chemicals as an International Business Development Manager, Catherine conducted surface treatment needs analyses in the Aerospace market and managed a European sales team. At 3M France, Catherine served as a Business Development Manager and Lean Six Sigma Business Project Leader, leading multiple projects and coaching Green Belts in their development. Currently, as an Area Business Leader for the EMEA Region at 3M, Catherine oversees a team, supports transition processes, and emphasizes resilience and emotional intelligence. Additionally, as the Specialty Fluids Portfolio Leader, Catherine is responsible for implementing global portfolio strategies in EMEA, new product commercialization, and marketing campaign management. Catherine holds an INGENIEUR CHIMISTE degree in Chemistry of Materials from Ecole supérieure de Chimie organique et minérale.
