Cathy Brown

Cathy Brown, PE, is a Senior Environmental Engineer at 3M, a position they have held since 2022. They previously served as an Environmental Engineer at Alagasco from 2008 to 2011 and at Abitibowater from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Consultant at ENSR from 2006 to 2007 and managed the MS4 Stormwater Program as a Civil Engineer for the City of Montgomery from 2002 to 2006. Cathy earned a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Old Dominion University, where they studied from 1999 to 2001, after attending Auburn University from 1997 to 1999.
