Chris Sonnenberg is a Senior Lean Value Stream Engineer at 3M, with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and engineering management obtained through a Bachelor of Science from Olivet Nazarene University and a Master of Engineering from Iowa State University. Prior to joining 3M in 2022, Chris held positions at Magnaflux and Bernard Welding, where they contributed to the design and development of equipment for various industrial applications. With a passion for finding efficient solutions, Chris has a history of working on renewable energy projects and improving product design for everyday use. Outside of work, Chris enjoys songwriting, playing guitar, building custom furniture, and engaging in outdoor activities.
