Christie Smith

Christie Smith is currently the Director of Global Procurement and Packaging Engineering at 3M, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Sourcing Team Manager for the Safety and Industrial Business Group and the Health Care Business Group from 2020 to 2023. Christie began their career at 3M in 2009 as a Sourcing Specialist and later became a Sourcing Manager and Organization Change Manager within the Consumer Business Group. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Package Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which they earned in 2002.
