Clint Ardoin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in plant engineering, maintenance, and project management. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Plant Engineering and Maintenance at 3M since November 2025, Clint Ardoin focuses on improving reliability and developing organizational competencies across global manufacturing plants.
