Dan Strike

Dan Strike is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in supply chain management and process improvement, currently serving as the Global Inventory Director at 3M since July 1997. Strike has held various leadership roles, including Demand & Supply Planning Global Process Manager and Supply Chain Manager, where responsibilities included designing statistical forecasting methodologies and improving material flow through supply chains. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Strike led significant projects that enhanced product availability and optimized safety stock levels, achieving substantial inventory and operating expense reductions. Prior experience at Procter & Gamble involved managing teams that developed and deployed critical supply chain systems. Dan Strike holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
