Daniel Moore

Daniel Moore is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Litigation at 3M, where they manage a wide variety of legal matters including product liability and mass tort litigation. Previously, Daniel served as an Associate and later a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on litigation. From 2014 to 2023, they were the Director Counsel for Litigation at Target. Additionally, they held the position of Associate General Counsel and Chief Litigation Counsel at Graco, overseeing various legal areas such as litigation and product safety. Daniel earned a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in English from Princeton University.
