Daniel Yang

Daniel Yang is currently a Lean Operation Manager at 3M, where they serve as a Lean Management System subject matter expert and coach for three plants in China. Prior to this role, from 2005 to 2008, Daniel worked as a Continuous Improvement Leader at TSMC, managing shop-floor production and achieving significant improvements in machine capacity and operational errors. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Nanjing University, which they completed in 2005.
