Dave West has extensive experience in leadership and management within the manufacturing and automotive sectors, most notably as Division Leader for the Abrasive Systems Division in the North Europe Region at 3M. Previous roles at 3M included General Manager for both the Abrasive Systems Division in the UK & Ireland and Commercial Graphics UK & Ireland, along with positions in sales management and key account management. Prior to 3M, Dave West began a career at T&N, advancing through roles from Management Trainee to Senior Buyer. Educational qualifications include a Management Development program at London Business School and a Post Graduate CIM Diploma in Marketing from Thames Valley University, backed by a Business & Finance degree from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College.
