Devan Koss is an experienced leader in Information Security and Compliance with over 14 years in the field. They currently serve as the Director of IT Compliance at 3M, building upon their extensive background, which includes roles at Sleep Number Corporation, Deluxe, and Target. Devan holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and several professional certifications, including CISSP, CISA, and PCI ISA. Throughout their career, they have excelled in regulatory compliance, cybersecurity risk management, and building diverse high-performing teams. Devan is also an active member of the Sleep Number Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee, advocating for a culture of inclusion and belonging.
