Elizabeth Sexton is the owner of The Cookie Goddess LLC, a venture Elizabeth launched in 2022. Prior to this, Elizabeth held the position of Senior Product Design Engineer at Hobie Cat Company from 2016 to 2022, where they engineered and designed recreational watercraft. Elizabeth also gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Hobie Cat, participating in product research and development. Currently, they serve as a Senior Product Development Engineer at 3M, while previously working as a Lab Technician during their studies at Iowa State University, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering.
