Elizaveta Plotnikov is an experienced research professional with a strong background in materials science and engineering. Elizaveta has been with 3M since December 2014, advancing through roles from Summer Intern to Advanced Research Specialist. Prior to this, Elizaveta gained research experience during a graduate program at Northwestern University from 2009 to 2014 and completed earlier internships at GE Global Research in 2007 and 2008. Educationally, Elizaveta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a graduate education from Northwestern University.
