Eric Hedman

Eric Hedman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and marketing within the safety and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Global Segment Leader for Defense & Law Enforcement at 3M, Hedman has also led similar roles in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing segment and managed the Fall Protection portfolio. Prior to 3M, Hedman held positions at Graco as a Product Marketing Manager and Mechanical Engineer, focusing on product development and market strategies. Earlier experience includes engineering at Caterpillar. Hedman holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
