Eric Lytle

Eric Lytle, CISSP, possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT management. Currently serving as IAM Manager at 3M since August 2013, Eric leads teams focused on day-to-day cybersecurity operations and program management to enhance efficiency within a large manufacturing environment. Prior roles include IT Security Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of IT security, and System Administrator at HealthEast, where Eric managed a range of systems and migrations. Early career experience includes serving as a Network Communication Technician at Comcast, specializing in the installation and servicing of communication technologies. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University in July 2020.
