Eric Quitugua

Eric Quitugua currently serves as the Attack Surface Management Lead at 3M since September 2025. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at SolarWinds, including Director of Information Security, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing cloud environment protection and proactive vulnerability management across numerous accounts and endpoints. Eric also served as a Senior Manager and Information Security Manager, focusing on security control assessments and enhancing vulnerability scanning across the organization's IT infrastructure. Earlier experience includes significant roles at eLoyalty, where Eric implemented the information security program, and the Employees Retirement System of Texas, conducting security audits. Eric's career began in the US Army, where foundational skills in communications and network planning were developed. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Guam.
