Erica Schiebel

Erica Schiebel (Wilaby) is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in consumer experience management and integrated marketing. Currently serving as the Global Consumer Experience Manager at 3M since May 2008, Erica oversees marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio of brands, including 3M, Nexcare, Ace, Futuro, and Tensor. Previously, Erica held positions as a Marketing Communications Senior Specialist and Marketing Project Specialist at 3M, managing brand communication strategies and merchandising efforts. Prior to 3M, Erica gained experience as a Communications Coordinator at Anagram International and Cortec Corporation, where responsibilities included advertising, public relations, and the coordination of marketing plans. Erica holds a Women in Leadership Certificate from Minnesota State University, a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor of Science in English and Mass Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
