Erick Diaz

Erick Diaz is a Senior Application Engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering, product validation, and process optimization. They previously held roles at 3M as a Senior Application Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Technology Engineer, where they utilized CAD and CAE simulation tools to enhance manufacturing processes. Erick began their career with internships at Cummins Inc., Shell, and International, where they focused on product validation, rotating equipment engineering, and systems management. They hold a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as an Associate of Science from the College of DuPage.
