Erika Ladd

Erika Ladd, CIH, CSP, is a seasoned environmental health and safety professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior EHS Engineer at 3M since July 2020, Erika previously held the position of Site HSE&F Leader at Honeywell Aerospace, where management of safety programs and environmental compliance led to significant reductions in hazardous waste and energy consumption. Prior experience includes EHS Manager and Radiation Safety Officer at Teledyne Geophysical Instruments, Safety Specialist at the University of Houston, and Associate Scientist II at Cogenics. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences with a focus on Industrial Hygiene from the University of Houston and University of Houston-Clear Lake, respectively.
