Erin Farquhar Sarles is a Consumer Business Global Sustainability Leader with extensive experience in sustainability, portfolio management, and business transformation programs. Erin has previously held roles as a Project Coordinator Consultant at Boom Lab and a Continuous Improvement Manager at 3M, where they led significant initiatives such as the development of a plastics reduction playbook. Having graduated Cum Laude from St. Olaf College with a degree in Liberal Arts, Psychology, and Management, Erin is passionate about enabling businesses to transform to meet consumer needs while effectively communicating and leading through change.
