Faiza J.

Faiza J. has extensive experience in IT and analytics, currently serving as a Scrum Master and IT Analyst at 3M since September 2021, following a role as an IT Operational Excellence Intern with the same company from May to August 2020. In this capacity, Faiza J. successfully gathered technical requirements to develop a dashboard in Splunk and utilized SAP, Splunk, and Jira to deliver product features that enhanced process stability and visibility for customer service.
