Fernando Duarte

Fernando Duarte is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in supply chain management and industrial engineering. Currently serving as Logistics Manager for Northern Operations at 3M since May 2015, Fernando has held various roles including Distribution Center Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor for Healthcare Warehousing and Distribution. Previous experience includes a position at ProTrans where Fernando supervised shipping, repacking, and compliance with FIFO procedures while implementing Kaizen ideas, and a role at GE Transportation as Lean Coordinator focusing on Lean methodologies. Fernando holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing from Instituto Tecnológico de San Luis Potosí, earned from 2006 to 2010.
