Fredrick Peter Dunn studied at the Durban University of Technology, where they completed an ND in Chemical Engineering in 2001 and further pursued a B-Tech in the same field. Fredrick joined SAB Limited in 2000, progressing from a Process Technician to a Team Leader in the production plant before becoming an Area Manager at British American Tobacco from 2008 to 2012. Currently, they serve as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Programme Manager for Automotive and Aerospace at 3M South Africa, having developed expertise in manufacturing and supply chain management, and received training in Germany.
