Gem Nguyen, MBA, currently serves as a Global Logistics Analyst at 3M since November 2025, following a role as an International Transportation Analyst within the same company from November 2020 to November 2025. Previous experience includes working as a Strategic Business Consultant at Crowley, where data-driven sales decisions were improved by 70%, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Coggin College of Business, focusing on corporate governance research. Nguyen began a career in logistics at Vietnam Logistics Int’l Corp. as a Pricing Executive, achieving significant cost reductions, and served as a Solutions Customer Service Executive at A.P.
