Ginny Agresti

Ginny Agresti is a Division Statistician at 3M, where they lead statistical methodology and provide critical data analyses to enhance decision-making across the organization. They previously held roles at Ecolab, including Director of Design Control Programs and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector. Ginny began their career at 3M as a Statistical Specialist, consulting on statistical applications in manufacturing and product development. Currently, they are pursuing an MS in Applied Statistics from Ohio State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
