Grant Gill

Grant Gill is a Senior Engineer in the Business Supply Chain at 3M, currently involved in the Optimized Operations program. They graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, with a minor in mathematics, from Penn State University, where their honors thesis focused on conjugated polymers for organic photovoltaics. Grant has previously worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at both CurtisLab and Penn State's College of Engineering, and they gained experience as a Supply Chain and Sales Operation Intern at PepsiCo. In addition to their technical pursuits, Grant enjoys activities such as golfing, snowboarding, and playing piano.
