Greg Couves has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, having held various leadership roles at 3M from May 2013 to August 2017, including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Manufacturing Director for the USA-Canada region. Couves began career as a Technical Service Engineer at Stonhard from 1990 to 1993. Over an eight-year tenure at 3M, expertise expanded to encompass roles such as Plant Manager and Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director in the Food Safety Business. Couves holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University and an MBA from Athabasca University.
